Can I cancel my reservation without penalty?
Yes, as long as the cancellation is done 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
We will be arriving in Granada throughout the morning. Can we do early check-in?
Subject to availability. Let us know that you are interested in an early check-in and we will do all that we can to give you early access to your apartment.
Are meals included in our stay?
Unfortunately, we do not offer food services at the apartments.
Where can I park my car?
On calle Elvira itself parking is not possible, but the surrounding areas have blue zone spaces for parking (paid). Additionally, we have an exclusive discount for customers at San Agustín Parking, just a few minutes' walk from the apartments. For more information, please contact the reception."
